JC Communications hereby warrants all goods and services furnished and installed will be free from defects in workmanship and material. If replacement is needed due to manufacturer defect or installations, adds, moves or changes by an JC Communications technician, and not due to damage, abuse or neglect by customer, third party, vendor or company and is still under warranty, call 512-670-1522
In no event will JC Communications be liable for incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damage for lost data, time, profits, revenues or the like arising from the loss of use or interruption of any system.
This warranty agreement shall remain in effect for one (1) year from the executed date of completion, but becomes null and void in the event that any alterations to, or adjustments of, the goods and or services provided by JC Communications are performed by anyone other than JC Communications personnel.
